Terms and Conditions of Sale

Agreement

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to purchases from Novariqm. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter a contract, that the information supplied is accurate, and that the purchase is for lawful personal or household use unless we agree otherwise.

Products and Pricing

We work to present products, colors, features, and prices accurately. Displays and production updates can cause reasonable differences. Prices, promotions, availability, and product details may change without notice. We may correct errors and cancel or refund an affected order.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not guarantee acceptance. We may limit quantities or decline orders involving suspected fraud, misuse, unauthorized resale, payment failure, inventory error, or legal restrictions. The sales contract is accepted when the order is fulfilled or otherwise confirmed by us.

Payment

Payment is processed using the method selected at checkout. Customers authorize applicable charges, taxes, and shipping fees. Additional terms from the payment provider may apply.

Shipping, Risk, and Returns

Shipping and returns are governed by the Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Risk and title transfer as provided by applicable law and the selected delivery arrangement.

Product Use

Customers must read and follow product instructions, warnings, age guidance, and component information. Adult judgment and supervision should be used where appropriate. Products must not be modified or used for an unintended or unsafe purpose.

Warranties and Liability

Except for rights that cannot legally be excluded, products and services are provided subject to the written descriptions and policies displayed on the store. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Any direct liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where law requires otherwise.

Governing Principles

These terms are governed by applicable law without removing mandatory consumer protections available where a customer resides. Disputes should first be submitted to customer support for good-faith resolution.
