Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after confirmed delivery. To be eligible, the item must generally be unused, complete, and in its original packaging, with included parts, instructions, accessories, and proof of purchase.

Starting a Return

Email service@novariqm.com with the order number and reason for return. Wait for return instructions before sending an item. Returns sent without authorization or to an unapproved destination may not be accepted.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

Inspect the order after delivery. Report visible damage, missing components, or an incorrect item promptly and include clear photographs of the product and packaging. We may offer replacement parts, a replacement item, refund, or another appropriate remedy after review.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are used, altered, incomplete, damaged after delivery, or returned outside the eligibility period may be ineligible. Final-sale items and gift cards are non-returnable unless required by law. Health, hygiene, or safety-related restrictions may apply after sealed packaging is opened.

Return Shipping

When a return is based on preference or ordering error, return-shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility. For a verified defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Novariqm will provide an appropriate resolution and instructions. Do not refuse delivery or return a parcel without contacting us first.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected, or after another resolution is approved. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise. Financial institutions may require additional processing time.

Cancellations and Chargebacks

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once fulfillment begins. Contact us before opening a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
