Order Processing

Orders generally require 1–5 business days for verification and processing before shipment. Processing time is separate from transit time and may be longer during high-volume periods, product launches, holidays, or fraud review.

Shipping Rates

For the United States and Canada, and for other available international destinations, orders from $0.00 through $44.99 qualify for Fast shipping at $5.99 USD. Orders of $45.00 USD or more qualify for Free shipping. The applicable option is calculated from the merchandise subtotal at checkout after discounts and before duties or other external charges.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery timing is displayed when available and commonly varies by destination, carrier, customs processing, and fulfillment location. International transit may take longer than domestic transit. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Tracking

Tracking details are emailed when available. A tracking record may remain pending until the carrier scans the parcel. Multiple products in one order may arrive in separate packages.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information at checkout. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins and may charge reshipment costs when a parcel is returned because of customer-provided information.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage, or customs fees charged by local authorities or carriers. Unless checkout explicitly states that such amounts are included, the recipient is responsible for them.

Delays, Loss, and Delivery Issues

Weather, customs, carrier disruptions, peak periods, and events outside reasonable control can delay delivery. If tracking shows no meaningful movement or a parcel appears lost, contact us so we can investigate. Claims are reviewed using carrier records and order information.
